As part of the 2021 product releases, customers with a standalone maintenance plan will need to activate their software by going online one time. After they activate online, they can continue to use their 2021 software offline if needed.
Exceptions
This change does not apply to customers with network maintenance plans, subscriptions with multi-user access, or previous versions of standalone licenses that have already been activated offline. Customers can continue to use these licenses as before.
